PingMe is an email forwarding service that automatically forwards emails from your email account to your specified WhatsApp number. The Service processes emails in real-time and forwards them according to your configured settings and filters.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it current
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to forward spam, unsolicited, or malicious emails
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service to send harassing, abusive, or threatening messages
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Email Account Access

To provide the Service, we require access to your email account. By connecting your email account, you:

  • Grant us permission to access and read emails from your connected account
  • Authorize us to forward emails according to your configured settings
  • Understand that we process emails in real-time and do not store email content permanently
  • Are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant such access

You may revoke access to your email account at any time by disconnecting it through your account settings.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for providing valid payment information

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance and updates
  • Technical issues or failures
  • Third-party service disruptions (e.g., email providers, WhatsApp)
  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PingMe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service (including email content). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and forward your emails as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content of emails you forward through the Service and must ensure you have the right to forward such content.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINGME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your account
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PingMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or contacting us.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

14. Governing Law
